The call is open to eco-innovative products, techniques, services and processes that aim to prevent or reduce environmental impacts, or which contribute to the optimal use of resources.

    The value of service design – before and between investment

    In this BDI Opinion Piece, Julie McManus of London based Engine Service Design emphasises the importance of service design, (the design of a user’s experience, both physical and emotional) when it comes to getting the most out of a planned capital investment. It’s also important when a service needs improvement in the gaps between major investments or infrastructure investment.
